It's 2015, which means the hoverboards predicted in Back to the Future Part II are supposed to be a reality. A new replica of what is possibly the most-wanted piece of fictional futurism certainly nails to look of the device, but it fails to hover in any sort of fashion.
Available at HalloweenCostumes.com, the $50 replica looks pretty close to the one Marty McFly commandeered in the 1989 film, right down to the discs on the bottom that presumably powered the board.
The site offers a full selection of 2015 fashion as imagined in 1989, so if you're so inclined you can go full-McFly. The Hoverboard comes in a cool, branded box, as well.
