A sequel to the 2014 Left Behind film starring Nic Cage, not to be confused with the trilogy of 'End Times' films of the same name starring Kirk Cameron, is currently seeking crowdfunding online.
Left Behind producer Paul Lalonde has launched an Indiegogo campaign in an effort to raise $500,000 to finance a followup to the Revelations-inspired film that was panned by critics when it hit select theaters last year.
There are still 27 days left in the campaign, and as of this writing, just over $55,000 has been raised. Those who contribute $25 will get a digital version of the film when it comes to VOD, while a $50 donation will get you a Blu-ray/DVD hard copy.
